The Role
As part of its strategic growth, the Brisbane office is seeking a Construction Associate or SA to join a dynamic and highly regarded team. This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer ready to take ownership of their files, work closely with key clients, and receive ongoing mentorship from industry-recognised leaders.

You’ll be involved in some of the region’s most high-profile infrastructure litigation matters, acting for a prestigious client base including Engineering firms, Developers, Construction and Project Managers, Builders, Certifiers, and Valuers. With a portfolio spanning public entities and leading private companies across Australia, you’ll be part of a team renowned for its deep expertise and strong industry reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy and without micromanagement.
  • Handle disputes under Australian Standard Construction Contracts and adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act (BIFA).
  • Build relationships with clients and provide practical, high-quality legal advice.
