A prestigious national law firm is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Brisbane CBD Wills & Estates team. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with an award-winning, highly recognised succession law team, known for delivering exceptional outcomes in complex estate matters.
The team provides advice and representation to clients statewide, working exclusively in the area of Succession Law. With a hands-on, client-focused approach, they help clients navigate sensitive estate issues and achieve the best possible outcomes, whether planning for the future or managing contested estates.
In this role, you will prepare estate planning documents, guide clients through estate administration, provide advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Testamentary Trusts, and represent clients in contested Wills and family provision claims. You will also mentor junior lawyers, liaise with other departments, and draft correspondence and court documents. About You
You will have a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience (PAE) in Wills & Estates, with strong experience in estate planning, administration, and litigation. You are organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing a diverse caseload. You work independently and collaboratively, deliver outstanding client service, and can mentor junior colleagues while contributing to a culture of excellence.
