The firm is known for its strategic vision, technical excellence, and supportive culture  and now they’re looking to expand their dispute resolution team with an additional mid-to-senior lawyer.

The Role
Working with two highly awarded Partners and excellent mentors, your work mix will have a heavy focus on global dispute resolution and international arbitration but you'll also:
  • Advise on claim resolution throughout a project’s lifecycle
  • Act in complex international and Australian arbitrations, adjudications, and litigation
  • Gain exposure to major engineering and infrastructure projects, particularly in energy and resources (mines, oil & gas pipelines, highways, rail, ports, tunnels)
  • Collaborate across Brisbane and other international offices, including exposure to joint venture and private equity clients

Key Experience
  • At least 4 years PAE experience in disputes and litigation at a CBD specialist, mid or top-tier firm
  • Open to lawyers with up to 9 years experience / Senior Associates level
  • International arbitration experience is highly desirable but experience in complex corporate disputes will also be considered
  • Ideally Australian-qualified (with international candidates from common law jurisdictions considered, including potential sponsorship)
