Our client is a dynamic national mid-tier law firm that has consistently achieved annual growth rates of 15% to 20% in their Brisbane office over the past four years. They are committed to further expanding their Commercial and Property divisions, particularly by welcoming an experienced Senior Body Corporate and Community Titles Lawyer who can assume a leadership position in client management, development, and mentorship of junior legal professionals.

The commercial department boasts three highly skilled Partners with strong technical expertise, while the property team comprises two Partners specialising in development and transactional matters. Each Partner is known for their authenticity and approachability, dedicated to fostering a collaborative team atmosphere where solicitors can benefit from each other's knowledge and skills.
You will work across the spectrum of body corporate and community titles work without limitation:
  • Community Titles Schemes - including mixed use and layered body corporate arrangements.
  • Body Corporate titling and advice on various matters.
  • Drafting pre-sale project and sales documentation.
  • Management Rights transactions.
  • Dispute resolution under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act.
  • Managed Investment advices.

You should possess a strong drive and enthusiasm for the legal profession. As an established Partner or Special Counsel, you'll be self-assured in independently managing cases and catering to a discerning clientele.

Reflective of your professional reputation, you'll have established connections across different levels within the body corporate and community titles sector, which you anticipate will continue to be part of your network.
