The Brisbane practice generates over $50 million in annual revenue and is actively expanding across 5 of its 14 core practice areas, including Energy and Resources.
The Ideal Candidate The firm welcomes interest from established Partners or high-performing Special Counsel with a portable client base, ready to step into Partnership.
Relevant experience may include:
Resources Sector:
- Structuring and financing major projects
- M&A, joint ventures, and asset divestments
- Drafting and negotiating complex contracts (e.g. production, infrastructure, exploration)
- General corporate advisory work
- Legal support for solar, wind, hydro, pumped hydro, and battery storage projects
- Tenure and regulatory guidance for infrastructure development
- Preparation of lease agreements, options, and related financial documents
- Full-spectrum transactional and advisory support

Financial Outlook Remuneration is merit-based and tailored to your contribution and the strength of your practice. Indicative income levels include:
- Salaried Partner: $400K – $550K+
- Entry Equity Partner: Starting at $1.2M
- Full Equity Partner (100 points): $4M+
