They are now seeking an accomplished disputes practitioner - whether a current Partner or a Special Counsel ready to step up, to strengthen their national Dispute Resolution team.
  
The Role

You’ll work closely with three high-profile Partners in disputes, while collaborating across Corporate, Resources, and Projects teams. Focus areas include:
  • Construction & Infrastructure Disputes - Major projects across energy, transport, mining, ports, and engineering, acting for stakeholders from contractors to principals.
  • Complex Commercial Litigation & Arbitration - Managing disputes at every stage of the project lifecycle, with matters spanning both domestic and international forums.

About You

You will likely have 10–20 years’ post-admission experience, ideally from a national or top-tier environment. We’re seeking someone with:
  • A modest but portable client following within the corporate or commercial arena.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong commercial judgement and strategic insight.
  • A collaborative, solutions-driven approach.
