  • ORGANISATION: This is a sizeable employer in the Major Projects and Infrastructure space. Due to growth and work volumes around multi-million-dollar projects, an opportunity has become available for a Projects & Construction Lawyer to join the team on a permanent basis, with the option of full-time, part-time and workplace flexibility in terms of 3 days, 3+1, 4 days, or 4+1 (Office + Remote)

  • WORK: Work on a range of complex infrastructure matters across multiple jurisdictions . You will act for Principal clients and or partner with upper Tier Contractors with your work involving you in contract negotiation and drafting, some project management, as well as payment claims and adjudications in terms of civil works/infrastructure projects and resources.

  • CANDIDATE:  The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years PAE; Previous in-house experience, or major projects and infrastructure experience within a top, mid or national firm environment.

  • CANDIDATE:  Th ideal candidate will have 3+ years PAE; Previous top, mid or national firm experience; Previous experience in Commercial Litigation; and experience in construction law will obviously be well regarded yet is NOT a mandatory prerequisite.

  • CANDIDATE: Our client is looking for a lawyer who has been a Senior Associate for at least 2 years, ideally 7 to 10+ Years PAE. You will need experience in back-end construction matters and have a hunger for the industry.
