THE ROLE
As a key member of the Commercial team, you will work closely with the Partner and other Senior Lawyers to service a variety of blue chip corporate clients.
Specifically, you will work across a range of commercial and IP matters including intellectual property transactions; franchising and Franchising Disputes; Corporate and Commercial Matters and Corporate Advice; Business acquisitions and Disposals; and M&A.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will have a minimum of 5 years' PAE and be at either Senior Associate or Special Counsel.
Candidates with a background in a mid or top tier commercial or IP practice who are seeking to continue specialising in this field will be looked favorably upon. Additionally, you will also have a high level of commercial acumen and strong client management skills.
