The role
As part of a well-established team, you’ll act for major clients across a broad mix of complex disputes, including:
- Large-scale commercial litigation
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
- Commonwealth government and public sector disputes
- Administrative law and judicial review
- Procurement-related disputes
- Privacy, confidentiality, and information-sharing matters
- Civil penalty proceedings
- Property disputes
- Insolvency & recoveries
- Commissions of Inquiry and Royal Commissions
- Human rights matters
The successful Associate will be acting for a diverse client base across a wide range of industries from national and international organisations and listed companies through to SMEs, private businesses, and individuals, offering exposure to varied, high-quality work across multiple sectors.
