A role has arisen for a Lawyer or Associate to become an integral part of the firm’s highly regarded Construction & Infrastructure team of 20+ professionals in Brisbane. The Opportunity
If you’re seeking variety in your role, this position delivers. You’ll work closely with two highly regarded partners across a mix of front-end project advisory and back-end disputes, gaining exposure to a broad range of construction and infrastructure matters.
You’ll be mentored directly by industry-leading partners while working on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects, spanning advisory, procurement, and complex dispute resolution.
Your Work Will Include:
- Large-scale construction disputes and complex multi-party litigation
- Adjudications, arbitrations, and civil proceedings
- Procurement strategy, contract drafting, and negotiation
- Drafting detailed legal submissions and providing strategic advice
- Prosecuting and defending complex Security of Payment claims and related litigation

- Lawyer or Associate level
