You’ll be joining a national Construction Projects Disputes team, giving you exposure to a diverse range of Partners and lawyers across multiple offices. The team advises on major projects and complex disputes across Australia, including:
- Commercial and contractual disputes in infrastructure, resources, property development, and renewable energy projects.
- Supreme Court litigation
- Domestic and international arbitration.
- Alternative dispute resolution - including expert determinations & mediations
- Security of Payment matters.
ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking a lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ PAE in construction matters - ideally across projects, litigation, and claims resolution (applications considered up to Senior Associate level).
Your experience will likely come from a specialist, mid-tier, or top-tier firm. Both front-end and back-end candidates are encouraged to apply.
