You'll join a large construction team in Brisbane, working alongside and learning from partners, senior practitioners, and junior lawyers, with strong administrative support behind you. 
 
Acting for prestigious institutional clients on complex construction and major projects matters, including:
  • Supreme Court litigation
  • Large infrastructure adjudications
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and procurement
If you prefer to focus solely on back-end work, that's absolutely an option too so there's plenty of opportunity to specialise in the work you love.

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled construction Associate or Senior Associate to join this high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 3 to 7 years' PAE in construction law
  • Currently at the Associate or Senior Associate level
  • We are also open to lawyers with general commercial litigation experience who are eager to specialise in construction
  • A proactive mindset and an interest in working within a national mid-tier firm
