As part of this large team, working under a female Partner, you will manage a diverse caseload of:
- Corporate and contractual disputes
- Corporations Act matters
- Intellectual property litigation
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Defamation claims
- Property disputes
- Competition & Consumer Law (ACL) cases
- Joint venture disputes
- Regulatory prosecutions
- Trust and estate conflicts

- 2+ Years PAE in a CBD firm
- Experience in litigation and corporate dispute resolution
- Strong academics with above a 5.5 GPA
