We are seeking a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join an acclaimed team in Brisbane. This role offers a clear, merit-based pathway for promotions, free from the constraints of a top-heavy or stagnant structure.

The Role:
You will become an integral part of a high-performing team, collaborating directly with industry-leading partners. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of high-profile Equity Capital Markets matters, with a focus on:
  • ASX Listings Rule Compliance (approx. 50%)
  • Capital Raising: IPOs & Private Placements (approx. 30%)
  • Corporate Governance (approx. 10%)
  • ASIC Investigations (approx. 5%)
  • Company Secretarial (approx. 5%)
While being mentored by a highly respected Partner, you will service an established blue-chip client base, applying your expertise to complex matters and engaging directly with clients to deliver strategic, commercially focused outcomes.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be a Corporate lawyer with:
  • 3+ years of PAE in corporate law, with a background in M&A and/or Equity Capital Markets.
  • Currently at the Associate or Senior Associate level (or a Lawyer about to be promoted to Associate)
  • A client-focused approach and a passion for delivering excellent commercial outcomes.
