CORPORATE M&A ASSOCIATE | 2+ YEARS PAE

THE ROLE

The firm is currently seeking a talented Corporate Associate, to step up within a close-knit and supportive team, offering ongoing advancement opportunities. Working under an experienced Partner, the role will see you gaining exposure to a wide variety of work including, but not limited to:-
    • M&A;
    • JV’s;
    • Supply agreements;
    • Divestments;
    • Capital raisings;
    • Corporate restructures; and
    • International work.  
You will have the opportunity to work across various industries including:
    • Renewables;
    • Technology;
    • Consumer goods; and
    • Financial services.
This role will see you working with a range of clients, allowing you to diversify your skills and grow within the team.
  
THE CANDIDATE

To be successful you will be a Corporate Lawyer with 2+ years post admission experience and either at, or ready to step up to an Associate role. Additionally, you will be looking to progress your career within Corporate law, and possess commercial acumen, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
