Key Responsibilities include: 
  • Represent clients in employment-related disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and general protection claims
  • Provide strategic advice on compliance, risk mitigation, and workplace policies
  • Draft contracts, executive agreements, and internal employment documentation
  • Appear before Tribunals, Commissions, and Federal or State Courts
  • Participate in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and conciliation
  • Develop and deliver training to clients on employment and WHS obligations
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal knowledge initiatives
  • Engage in business development and maintain strong client relationships
About You:
  • At least 7+ years post-admission experience in employment and safety law
  • Strong litigation and client advisory skills
  • A collaborative mindset and proactive, solutions-driven approach
  • Demonstrate expertise in client management, business development, and mentoring.
