- Represent clients in employment-related disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and general protection claims
- Provide strategic advice on compliance, risk mitigation, and workplace policies
- Draft contracts, executive agreements, and internal employment documentation
- Appear before Tribunals, Commissions, and Federal or State Courts
- Participate in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and conciliation
- Develop and deliver training to clients on employment and WHS obligations
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal knowledge initiatives
- Engage in business development and maintain strong client relationships
- At least 7+ years post-admission experience in employment and safety law
- Strong litigation and client advisory skills
- A collaborative mindset and proactive, solutions-driven approach
- Demonstrate expertise in client management, business development, and mentoring.
