We are partnering with a premier top-tier firm seeking a talented lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate M&A team. You’ll work closely with two well-respected partners across a sophisticated portfolio of matters.

Your Work Will Include:
  • Public and private M&A, including takeovers
  • Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
  • Consortiums and strategic fund investments (including clean energy)
  • Complex FIRB approvals and foreign investment matters
  • IPOs, rights issues & placements
  • Corporate governance and regulatory advice (Corporations Act, ASX rules, Foreign Acquisitions Act)

About You:

We’d love to hear from you if you are:
  • A Corporate M&A lawyer with 3-7 years PAE, ideally from a top-tier environment
  • Strong academically (GPA 5.5+ ideal)
  • Operating at Associate or Senior Associate level
  • Commonwealth jurisdiction experience or returning Aussie lawyers from overseas are welcome to apply
