The Role: Corporate Partner (10–25 PQE) This is a rare opportunity to join the partnership of a financially dominant national corporate firm, known for consistent profitability and disciplined growth.

Practice coverage includes

(Experience across all areas is not required, but you will be confident operating at a senior level across most.)
About You We are keen to speak with senior corporate lawyers ready to step into partnership or strengthen their existing partner platform:
  • 10–25 years’ PQE in corporate law
  • Experience from a top-tier, leading mid-tier or specialist corporate / M&A firm
  • Proven business development capability and strong client relationships
  • Capacity to supervise and manage fees of:
    • $800k+ (Salaried Partner)
    • $1.6m+ (Equity Partner)
Rewards & Remuneration This opportunity sits at the top end of the Australian corporate law market:
  • Salaried Partner: $250k–$300k + bonus
  • Senior Partner: $350k+
  • Equity Partner: Earnings exceeding $3.5M+ per 100 points
