About You We are keen to speak with senior corporate lawyers ready to step into partnership or strengthen their existing partner platform:
- 10–25 years’ PQE in corporate law
- Experience from a top-tier, leading mid-tier or specialist corporate / M&A firm
- Proven business development capability and strong client relationships
- Capacity to supervise and manage fees of:
- $800k+ (Salaried Partner)
- $1.6m+ (Equity Partner)
- Salaried Partner: $250k–$300k + bonus
- Senior Partner: $350k+
- Equity Partner: Earnings exceeding $3.5M+ per 100 points
