The Role:

This is a rare opportunity for a Corporate Partner of 10–25 PQE to join a financially dominant national corporate firm, known for consistent profitability and sustained growth under the stewardship of an exceptionally talented Chair.

Practice coverage includes
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (public, private, regulated and off-market)
  • Equity Capital Markets & backdoor listings
  • Corporate advisory and joint ventures
  • ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance
NB: Experience across all areas is not required, but you will be confident operating at a senior level across most.

About You:

We are keen to speak with senior corporate lawyers ready to step into partnership or strengthen their existing partner platform:
  • 10–25 years’ PQE in corporate law
  • Experience from a top-tier, leading mid-tier or specialist Corporate M&A firm
  • Proven business development capability and strong client relationships
  • Capacity to supervise and manage fees of:
    • $800k+ (Junior Partner)
    • $1.6m+ (Equity Partner)
