CORPORATE M&A
Working under a highly regarded female partner you will work alongside a large corporate team,  while serving clients on a range of matters. Including: 
  • Regulated and off-market mergers and acquisitions,
  • Equity capital markets and fundraising,
  • Back door listings,
  • IPO's
  • Corporate advisory,
  • Private equity and venture capital
  • Joint ventures, as well as
  • ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
5 YEARS  PAE SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Seeking an enthusiastic individual with at least 5 years of PAE, ideally from a  mid-tier, or top-tier background. You will have worked in a Corporate M&A team and have exposure to a fair portion of the fields mentioned.
