COMPLEX WORK

As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, you'll tackle diverse cases across the construction space and your responsibilities will span large-scale litigation matters in the Supreme, Federal, and High Courts across Australia, including international disputes.

There will be opportunities to engage in a diverse range of high-end commercial litigation disputes beyond construction-focused work, ensuring each day is different.

SENIOR ASSOCIATES OR SPECIAL COUNSELS

To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 6 years of PAE. Ideal lawyers will hail from reputable specialist construction, mid-tier, or top-tier firms, showcasing expertise in construction litigation and dispute resolution. A steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional client service is a must.

Senior Lawyers with a strong general disputes background, with a desire to do more construction work are also encouraged to apply.
