The Opportunity
Based in the firm’s modern Brisbane CBD office, you will work on a diverse and engaging insurance litigation practice, defending a broad range of personal injury matters, including:
- Workers’ compensation
- Public and occupiers’ liability
- Self-insurance matters
- Catastrophic and serious injury claims
- Accident compensation
- Compulsory third party (CTP) claims
- Policy interpretation
- Alternative dispute resolution and litigation

You will ideally bring:
- 3+ years’ PAE in insurance litigation (Associate level ideal)
- Experience in public liability and/or workers’ compensation matters
