Our client, a well-resourced and innovative firm has continued to thrive throughout the recent COVID-19 restrictions. As such, they are looking to appoint an additional Commercial Litigation Lawyer to bolster their team.

This role will see you acting for clients in a range of different industries across large scale litigation matters in the District, Supreme, Federal, and High Courts throughout Australia as well International disputes. You will be a valued member of the Litigation Team required to provide commercial and legally technical advice across the following fields:
- Corporations Act Disputes;
- Commercial contract disputes;
- Regulatory matters;
- Partnership and Shareholder disputes;
- Administrative law;
- Trade practice disputes and compliance;
- Misleading and deceptive conduct;
- Consumer protection issues;
- Tax disputes;
- Franchising Litigation;
- Intellectual Property Disputes; and
- Real Estate Litigation.
2+ YEARS PAE
The individual must have:
- 2 years PAE in commercial litigation (will consider lawyers up to Associate Level)
- be highly motivated; and
- ideally coming out of a mid to top tier background.
