The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role in a top-tier national E&WR team, with broad advisory and contentious work across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Senior executive contracts and bespoke employment arrangements
- Post-employment restraints (advice, enforcement, and litigation strategy)
- Unfair dismissal and general protections (Fair Work Act)
- Enterprise bargaining (EBA) and strategic industrial negotiations
- Industrial disputes, misconduct, and disciplinary processes
- Workplace investigations (bullying, harassment, discrimination)
- WHS compliance, critical incident response, and safety governance
You’ll bring credibility, commerciality, and the ability to grow a practice:
- 10+ years’ PQE in employment, industrial relations and/or WHS (top-tier, leading mid-tier, or specialist boutique)
- Strong market profile with the ability to originate, expand, and retain client relationships
- Confident leader who develops talent and delivers strategic, commercially driven outcomes
- Collaborative national platform with recognised E&WR peers and cross-practice support
