The Opportunity
As a senior leader within a top-tier national Employment & Workplace Relations (E&WR) team, you’ll partner with a widely regarded Workplace Relations leader and advise on complex, sensitive matters across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Senior executive contracts and bespoke employment agreements
- Post-employment restraints: advice, enforcement and litigation strategy
- Unfair dismissal and general protections (Fair Work Act)
- Enterprise bargaining (EBA) and strategic industrial negotiations
- Industrial disputes, misconduct and disciplinary processes
- Investigations into bullying, harassment and discrimination
- WHS compliance, critical incident response and safety governance
- 10+ years’ PQE in employment law, industrial relations and/or WHS (top-tier, leading mid-tier, or specialist boutique)
- Strong market reputation with the capability to originate, grow and retain client work
- Confident team leader who delivers strategic, commercial outcomes and mentors high-performing lawyers
- Collaborative national platform with recognised Employment & Workplace Relations peers and cross-practice support
