As an Employment Lawyer with a focus on health and safety, you will work alongside industry-leading Partners in a tight-knit team. This role involves providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment and health and safety matters servicing a diverse client base including government agencies, international brands and employers.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- disciplinary and performance matters
- restructuring
- redundancy processes
- personal grievances
- relationship issues
- workplace investigations
