We are seeking a driven and ambitious lawyer with a strong corporate background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 1 year of PAE in front-end corporate law
  • Lawyers considered with up to 3 years experience
  • Experience across M&A or general corporate and business transactions 
  • A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
