This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global law firm’s Brisbane Corporate practice. You will provide critical legal and administrative support to senior partners specialising in corporate, real estate, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
The role offers exposure to high-profile, complex matters within a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be integral in managing partner workflows, client communications, and the billing process, contributing to the smooth running of one of Brisbane’s most respected corporate legal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling for senior partners
- Preparing, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Opening and managing confidential client matters
- Handling client queries and liaising professionally on behalf of partners
- Managing monthly billing using industry-standard systems (Elite 3E)
- Maintaining client data in CRM systems (InterAction)
- Supporting business development activities and team initiatives
- Being the pivotal contact point for the corporate legal team.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience supporting senior partners, ideally within corporate, commercial, or real estate law
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Elite 3E billing, and InterAction CRM
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities efficiently
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
