  • Matters arising under the Corporations Act
  • Commercial and corporate contract litigation
  • Joint venture disputes
  • Intellectual property litigation

  • Defamation proceedings
  • Consumer law claims
  • Regulatory prosecutions and compliance matters
  • Trust and fiduciary disputes
Who we’re looking for:
  • Lawyers with 2–4 years of PAE in commercial litigation
  • Background in a specialist, top-tier, or mid-tier firm
  • Team players eager to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment
  • Strong academics are beneficial, but real-world experience is highly valued
