The Role?
The successful lawyer will join our Medical and Health Indemnity practice, defending healthcare professionals including doctors, dentists, psychologists and surgeons against negligence and malpractice claims while handling complex personal injury matters.
The role also encompasses AHPRA regulatory work such as disciplinary proceedings, breaches of statutory duty and coronial inquests, along with providing strategic advice on compliance with health laws and regulations, offering comprehensive exposure to all facets of health law practice with strong opportunities for professional development.
