  • Preparing due diligence reports and advice for infrastructure and development projects
  • Drafting and negotiating Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs) and Cultural Heritage Management Plans
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across government and industry, with opportunities to attend on-country meetings where required.
You’ll work alongside a seasoned team, led by a partner recognised nationally for their contributions to native title law including repeated accolades in Doyle’s Guide, Who’s Who Legal, and Lexology Client Choice Awards.

About You

  • 1–4 years’ post admission experience in Native Title Law
  • An understanding of native title and cultural heritage frameworks and a genuine desire to build on existing knowledge
  • Strong drafting and legal analysis skills, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with calm and confidence
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and a willingness to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Availability to travel as needed for client and on-country meetings.
Why This Role?
