The Role – Defendant Insurance
Working closely with experienced Insurance Partners, you will play a key role in delivering cohesive, commercially focused and legally robust advice across a diverse range of motor vehicle and insurance matters.
Your work will include:
- Public liability matters
- Indemnity disputes
- Major and catastrophic injury claims
- Complex liability disputes
- Highly contested damages claims
Who Should Apply?
The firm is ideally seeking an Associate with 3+ years PAE in insurance or defendant litigation.
However, given the volume of work, applications are welcomed from lawyers with 2+ years experience through to Senior Associate level. If the work mix interests you, we would love to hear from you.
