ROLE
The firm is seeking to appoint a senior associate with a background in technology contracting to join their leading Intellectual Property & Technology team. Working alongside a delightful, highly respected Partner you can expect to work with a level of autonomy, which will see your transition to Partnership fast tracked, should that be your chosen path.
WORK
The role will see you representing an enviable mix of clients on a broad range of complex matters including, advising clients on a range of technology, privacy, data and consumer issues, M&A contracts, government and private procurement for large contracts.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will have 5+ years' post admission experience in intellectual property and commercial law, ideally with a IT focus. Additionally, you will have:
- highly developed technical skills;
- Strong commercial contract and drafting abilities;
- Advanced negotiation and advisory skills; and
- The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
