THE ROLE
Working across 3 Corporate Partners you will become a part of a close-knit and supportive team. The role will see you gaining exposure to a wide variety of high-end work including, but not limited to:-
- general commercial;
- corporate advisory;
- public (regulated) M&A;
- private M&A;
- joint ventures;
- venture capital;
- disposals; and
- equity capital markets.
- renewables;
- technology;
- oil and Mining; and
- financial services.
THE CANDIDATE
A minimum of 6+ years corporate and commercial experience. Additionally, you should display strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
