ABOUT YOU:
Hold an admission as a Solicitor in any Australian jurisdiction with an unrestricted practising certificate.
Reside in to ability to relocate to the vibrant hub of Brisbane (as this role beckons your physical presence0
Possess a commercially astute mind, delivering precise legal counsel
Boast a minimum of 7 years of post-admission experience, ideally within the corridors of in-house legal teams.
A background in Corporate Commercial realms and a flair for Technology Law is preferred.
Exposure to Franchising Law will be highly valued
Australian citizenship or possess the right to work Down Under.
Exude proactive flexibility, navigating autonomously through legal landscapes
Showcase impeccable problem-solving prowess, coupled with decisive decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
