Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts and agreements as a key team member
  • Assess legal and administrative review requirements
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (industry, government, start-ups, SMEs)
  • Handle Intellectual Property management and knowledge transfer
  • Guide stakeholders on budget preparation
  • Manage research agreements and contracts
  • Maintain contract and agreement records
  • Mentor and delegate to junior lawyers
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 6 years PAE as a front-end lawyer
  • Strong skills in contract administration, IP, negotiation, and management
  • Education or research sector experience highly valued
