You will work closely with a recognised succession law leader and a collaborative national team on a sophisticated mix of estate planning, administration, and disputes work for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
The practice has a strong reputation for commercially focused, practical advice and handles complex matters involving family structures, business succession, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
The team works across a broad range of matters, including:
- Complex estate and succession planning
- Estate administration and estate litigation
- Multi-party disputes involving estates and trusts
- Establishment, review and interpretation of family trusts
- Asset protection and structuring advice
- Business succession planning
- Philanthropic and legacy planning
- Enduring powers of attorney and personal planning arrangements
- Medical treatment decision-maker appointments.
Working closely with senior lawyers in the team, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex matters while also running your own files and building strong client relationships.

About You
- Minimum 4+ years in Wills & Estates / succession law
- Proven experience in estate planning and administration matters
- Exposure to estate litigation is desirable but not essential
- Strong client management and commercial approach
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team
