About the Role
- Provide technical and strategic advice on frontend tax matters
- Contribute to the preparation and implementation of tax structuring and advisory solutions
- Assist the team with tax disputes and controversy matters where required
- Collaborate with senior practitioners and support staff on client matters
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development.
- 7+ years PAE in frontend tax matters; equivalent experience at a reputable accounting firm also considered
- Strong technical skills and ability to originate practical tax solutions
- Excellent academic background in law and other relevant areas (tax, accounting)
