You will act for sophisticated clients including leading ASX-listed entities and government bodies across a range of sectors son:
- High-stakes disputes (complex commercial litigation, class actions, regulatory investigations, and cross-border conflicts)
- Arbitration and Supreme Court litigation across all Australian jurisdictions
- Cross-border disputes and restructuring for major global corporates
- Large-scale corporate insolvency, restructuring, and workouts for Australia’s premier banks and top accounting firms
- Significant investigations, including regulatory probes and government inquiries
- Alternative dispute resolution, including expert determination, mediations, SEAM, DRBs/DABs, and other ADR mechanisms
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a Lawyer or Associate with:
- 2 to 4 years' PAE in litigation and disputes
- This firm is open to lawyers in either general com lit or insolvency or a combination of both
- Above a 5.3 GPA
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with strong client-facing skills
