We source Talent in all areas of Construction & Major Projects, for example on the front end:
- resources - building mine infrastructure, LNG facilities, oil refineries, industrial plants, and gas pipelines;
- commercial buildings and major retail precincts;
- public private partnership work surrounding metropolitan infrastructure including roads, rail, ports, bridges, and airports.
All of which may require contract drafting for Principals or Contractors, as well as Procurement, and contract administration.
And on the back end, we recruit for clients who are working on BCIPA claims, significant construction litigation, as well as complex international arbitrations.
