The Role?
The Brisbane office of this national firm is seeking a Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join a dynamic and highly regarded team. This is perfect for a motivated lawyer ready to take ownership of files, build client relationships, and receive ongoing mentorship from industry-recognised leaders.

You’ll be involved in some of the region’s most high-profile infrastructure litigation, acting for clients including engineering firms, developers, builders, project managers, certifiers, and valuers. With a mix of public and private clients across Australia, you’ll join a team renowned for deep expertise and a strong reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities?
  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy and without micromanagement.
  • Handle disputes under Australian Standard Construction Contracts and adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act (BIFA).
  • Provide practical, high-quality legal advice and build strong client relationships.
