The Role?
The Brisbane office of this national firm is seeking a Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join a dynamic and highly regarded team. You’ll be involved in some of the region’s most high-profile infrastructure litigation, acting for clients including engineering firms, developers, builders, project managers, certifiers, and valuers. Key Responsibilities?
- Manage your own caseload with autonomy and without micromanagement.
- Handle disputes under Australian Standard Construction Contracts and adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act (BIFA).
- Provide practical, high-quality legal advice and build strong client relationships.
