What You’ll Do:
As part of a large national team, you’ll act for state and federal government clients on a wide range of matters, including:
- Commonwealth government and public sector litigation
- Regulatory investigations and disputes
- Administrative law and judicial review
- Procurement law disputes
- Confidentiality, privacy, and information-sharing issues
- Civil penalty proceedings
- Property disputes
- Commissions of Inquiry and Royal Commissions
- Human rights matters
