This is a rare opportunity to join a national firm where the Brisbane litigation practice is led by a Partner with a strong focus on complex commercial disputes, including emerging areas such as crypto and blockchain disputes, digital asset recovery and asset tracing.

The team works on a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, including:
  • Shareholder and corporate disputes
  • Technology and digital asset litigation
  • Property disputes
  • Defamation
  • Contract disputes
  • Finance and insolvency matter
  • Professional negligence
  • Planning and environment matters
Working closely with experienced Partners and Special Counsel, you will act for a diverse client base on challenging, commercially significant matters and gain exposure to cutting-edge disputes rarely available in the market.

About You
  • 3+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation or disputes
  • Currently operating at Associate or Senior Associate level
  • Experience within a national or specialist disputes practice
  • Exposure to complex or high-value matters
  • An interest in technology, digital assets or emerging areas of litigation is highly regarded
