The role
As part of a large national litigation team, you will act for large well known clients across a broad range of matters, including:
  • Large complex commercial litigation
  • Regulatory investigations and disputes
  • Commonwealth government and public sector litigation
  • Administrative law and judicial review
  • Procurement law disputes
  • Confidentiality, privacy, and information-sharing matters
  • Civil penalty proceedings
  • Property disputes
  • Commissions of Inquiry and Royal Commissions
  • Human rights matters

About you
  • 5+ year PAE gained in a CBD firm
  • Experience in litigation and corporate dispute resolution
  • Senior Associate level or an Associate ready to step up into an SA role
  • Junior SC's will also be considered
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
