The role
As part of a large national litigation team, you will act for large well known clients across a broad range of matters, including:
- Large complex commercial litigation
- Regulatory investigations and disputes
- Commonwealth government and public sector litigation
- Administrative law and judicial review
- Procurement law disputes
- Confidentiality, privacy, and information-sharing matters
- Civil penalty proceedings
- Property disputes
- Commissions of Inquiry and Royal Commissions
- Human rights matters

- 5+ year PAE gained in a CBD firm
- Experience in litigation and corporate dispute resolution
- Senior Associate level or an Associate ready to step up into an SA role
- Junior SC's will also be considered
