This is a rare opportunity to join a national firm where the Brisbane litigation practice is led by a Partner with a strong focus on crypto and blockchain disputes, digital asset recovery, asset tracing, and complex litigation.

The team works across a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, including matters involving:
  • Technology and digital asset litigation
  • Finance and insolvency
  • Property disputes
  • Defamation
  • Contract disputes
  • Shareholder and corporate disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Planning and environment matters
Working closely with experienced Special Counsel and Partners, you will act for a diverse client base on challenging, commercially significant matters and gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge disputes rarely available in the market.
About you
  • Around 3 years’ PAE in commercial litigation or disputes
  • Currently operating at Associate or Senior Associate level
  • Background in a national or specialist disputes practice, with exposure to complex or high-end matters
  • A genuine interest in technology, digital assets, or emerging areas of litigation
