What is the role?
You’ll manage a diverse caseload of complex, high-value disputes across a wide range of industries, working with an impressive client base and supported by a collaborative team.
You’ll gain exposure to matters across:
- Mining and natural resources
- Aviation and technology
- Property and construction
- Agribusiness, hospitality, and retail
- Insurance and financial services
Your matters may involve:
- Contractual and commercial disputes
- Shareholder and director matters
- Regulatory and consumer law disputes
- Investment protection advice
- Debt recovery and insolvency matters
- Litigated and arbitral proceedings in domestic and international forums
You’ll be a driven and confident disputes lawyer who enjoys both autonomy and teamwork. You will ideally:
- Have 2–6 years’ PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Demonstrate strong technical, drafting, and analytical skills
- Be solutions-focused with a commercial mindset
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike
- Thrive in a supportive and high-performing team environment
