What You’ll Work On
Your practice will be broad and varied, with the opportunity to shape your mix of work over time:
- Telecommunications & Digital Infrastructure: commercial arrangements, regulatory issues, asset transactions and M&A
- Data, Privacy & AI: governance programs, commercialisation strategies, regulatory compliance and advisory work
- Cyber: incident response, regulator engagement, investigations and preparedness planning
- Technology Procurement & Outsourcing: IT transformation, cloud and managed services arrangements
- Corporate / Technology Transactions: carve-outs, integrations and digital transformation projects
- Media & Entertainment: broadcast, content licensing, digital platforms and regulatory advisory work
- Startups & Innovation: supporting scale-ups and growth companies, including capital raises
About You
We’re seeking a lawyer who brings:
- 4+ years’ PAE with experience in TMT, technology contracting or data/privacy
- A genuine curiosity about how technology shapes business and regulation
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, and confidence in working directly with clients
- A collaborative approach, with an interest in contributing to national matters and cross-office teams.
- High-calibre TMT work in Brisbane - no relocation required
