  With over 200 staff in its Brisbane office, this highly respected commercial firm is seeking a mid-level disputes lawyer to join its thriving Commercial Litigation team.

Working closely with an award-winning Partner and highly regarded Special Counsel, you will be involved in complex, high-value disputes while benefiting from strong mentorship and support within a collaborative team environment.

The Role
You will work on a broad range of high-profile disputes across Queensland, including:
  • High-value contractual disputes
  • Intellectual property litigation
  • Construction and infrastructure disputes
  • Insurance litigation and indemnity claims
  • Regulatory and compliance matters
  • Commercial property disputes
  • Insolvency and restructuring matters
This is a dynamic and varied practice that will expose you to sophisticated, large-scale matters while allowing you to develop your advocacy and strategic litigation skills.

The team is led by practitioners recognised in Legal 500, Doyle’s Guide and Best Lawyers Australia.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • 3–5 years’ PAE in commercial litigation or disputes
  • Strong knowledge and history working on matters involving litigation and dispute resolution processes
  • Experience working in a national, mid-tier or specialist litigation firm
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and client management skills
