This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a highly respected national property team in Brisbane, working on some of Australia’s most notable commercial property transactions.
You’ll join a practice handling a broad mix of property and business deals, including commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, structured community title developments, and rural acquisitions and disposals.
This role involves working alongside an industry-recognised partner, acclaimed for their expertise in real property and leasing law, as acknowledged in The Best Lawyers in Australia and Doyle’s Guide. The Work
- Large-scale capital transactions - due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, and financing
- Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing - acting for major landlords and tenants
- Structured community title development including mixed-use projects
- Liquor licensing & gaming - regulatory compliance and approvals
- Rural property transactions - acquisitions and disposals across key sectors.

- Proven experience in commercial property transactions
- The ability to manage files autonomously while collaborating with the team
- Strong client engagement skills with a track record of lasting relationships
