You’ll join a specialist team and work on sophisticated disputes—primarily in the Supreme and Federal Courts—across a wide variety of commercial matters, including:
- Breach of contract
- Misleading or deceptive conduct
- Corporate regulatory disputes
- Data breach matters
- Urgent interlocutory applications
- Corporate fraud
- Shareholder disputes
- Freezing orders
You’ll also maintain client relationships and instruct Counsel as required.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 2+ years PAE in commercial litigation or disputes
- A proactive mindset and strong technical skills
- A genuine passion for litigation and client service
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Enthusiasm to take on responsibility with the support of a strong mentor
