Law Staff has been engaged by the Board of this emerging firm. It has a national footprint, international affiliations, and it offers an extremely profitable business model, such that its Partners are taking up to double the earnings of the more profitable CBD law firms.
This firm is highly engaged with their clients and is seeking similarly minded highly driven individuals to achieve their strategic growth plans over the next 5 years.
First and foremost, you will enjoy and be passionate about the practice of law. Ideally you will have developed a loyal client following that you will be confident will transition to this firm because of your reputation for delivering exceptional service which is commercial and technically accurate. 
Whilst there is some flexibility in terms of your current work mix, experience in these areas is not essential, yet to be compatible you will ideally have experience across any 3 of the following areas:  
  • acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties;
  • community titles work and property development including industrial parks, shopping centres, and residential towers;
  • land resumptions; 
  • negotiation and drafting of ancillary contracts;
  • commercial, industrial and residential leasing;
  • acting for real estate investment trusts; and or
  • other general commercial property work.
You will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of client relationships, as well as supervising staff to meet your client needs.
You may currently be part of an existing Partnership but feeling like a number rather than being in control of your practice. This firm offers a platform to perform and get on with the practice of law while they take care of the back-end management of the business. It is inclusive and cohesive, with a management team that works with you complementing your own style of client management. 
You may also be looking to increase your earning capacity, without having to work longer hours. This firm is about working smarter, not harder.
